The Act has a concrete impact on employees' everyday lives, as it requires the possibility of safely reporting deficiencies and protects the reporters from possible adverse consequences at the workplace. It imposes obligations on organisations to organise a reliable reporting channel and to increase responsibility.

At the social level, the Whistleblower Act may promote ethical activities, improve the position of employees and reduce abuses. It is therefore important that we all know the principles of the law. In this way, we will work together to create a more transparent society!
